Install FreifunkFirmware 1.2 or newer on your WRT Router/AP. Freifunk Firmware is available for download from http://styx.commando.de/sven-ola/ipkg/
You can just upload the Freifunkfirmware to the original linksys firmware update page.
Go to the Webinterface of your WRT with a browser. If it's fresh (never configured before) it will be at 192.168.2.1 (IP). Configure your PC accordingly (e.g. with IP 192.168.2.2 and Netmask 255.255.255.0)
Login to the administativ interface of your Freifunk WRT at: http://$lt;yourWRTIP>/ with user: "root" and password: "admin". Go to the wireless configuration page and enter the BSSID of your choice. Note: Your WRTs will only be able to communicate if SSID and BSSID are the same on every single one !
Do not forget to submit the new settings and to reboot afterwards.
